- What you can send today
- Send the photos, the checklist and the note from a job by email. The record is assembled and the proof page link comes back to you, usually the same day. The crew capture screen arrives during your pass, at no extra cost.
- One payment
- A pass is bought outright. Nothing renews on its own and no card is kept on file. When a pass ends, you decide whether to buy another.
- One pass, one company
- A pass covers your company, not each person in it. Crew leads and cleaners use links, so there is nothing to buy for them.
- Refunds
- Full refund within 14 days on request. No questions and no retention offer. Email us and it is done.
- When a pass ends
- New records stop. Every proof page already made stays live and readable for 12 more months, and every report stays yours. Your evidence is never held back from you.
- Fair use
- Photos are compressed on upload. Fair use is 250 job records a month, which is more than a 20-cleaner company files. If you go past it we email you, we do not switch anything off.
