The capture app is still being built. The proof page is not: send the photos from one job and we assemble the record and email you the link.
It costs nothing, there is no account, and there is no call. One job, one link, and you can decide for yourself whether it ends the argument.
We build these by hand while the product is being built, so we do a small number a day. Read a finished one first.

You tell us the site
The site name and where to send the link. That is the whole form.

You reply with the photos
The photos from one job and a line about what was done. Type it however it comes out; the note is kept unchanged on the page.

We assemble the record
Site, date, completion time, description, checklist, photo grid, and every fact labelled by how it is known.

You get the link
A proof page at a permanent short URL, and a printable report. Send it with the invoice.
We will not invent a timestamp, a location, an approval or a signature. Anything we cannot check is labelled as reported by you, not verified. A proof page is an organised record of work performed that you can share — we do not call it more than that.
Your photos are used for your record and nothing else. Ask us to delete a record and we delete it, which breaks its link permanently.
